Bio
Reannan Boisvert's path into textiles and apparel grew from a lifelong interest in creativity, design, and making. She first pursued her education in Florida State University's Retail Merchandising and Product Development program (renamed Retail Entrepreneurship in 2019), where she studied aspects of fashion business while working in the FSU Textile Testing and ThermaNOLE Testing Laboratories, fostering an appreciation for both the technical and business sides of the field. After completing her studies, Reannan worked for Champion, functioning as a leader within their fabric sourcing & development, compliance testing, and color management processes. She circled back to higher education in 2024 and aims to combine her industry experience with her passion for functional design and teaching the next generation of fashion professionals and scholars.
